廃棄される予定だった建築広告シートとファスナーやスナップボタンなどYKKの商品を組み合わせて、アップサイクルを体現する作品を製作しました。
スナップボタンでサイズや形状を用途に合わせて変えられ、柄の変化も楽しめます。
耐水性があるため、ちょっとしたお出かけやアウトドアなどにも活躍しそうです。
アップサイクルとは、サスティナブル（持続可能）なものづくりの新たな方法論の一つ。単なるリサイクルではなく、デザインの力でより価値の高いモノを生み出すことをいいます。

This is a bag made of tri – triangular pieces of fabric.
The bag represents upcycling and is made of abandoned architecture ad material combined with YKK accessories like zippers and snap fasteners.
You can change the size and the shape using the snap fasteners and have fun with the varieties of pattern.
Its water resistant material would also be useful for little outing and outdoor activity.
Upcycling is one of approaches in sustainable product making. It means to create a high value item using design instead of just recycling materials.
