This year marks the 19th SHACHIHATA New Product Design Competition, for which I have been chosen to serve as a guest judge.

Advance registration will open on Monday, March 2, and submissions will be accepted from Wednesday, April 1, through Friday, May 29.

Good Design Award 2025: Conclusion of Judging and Upcoming Exhibitions

The judging process for the Good Design Award 2025, for which Shizuka Tatsuno served as a jury member, has successfully concluded. This year, she was responsible for the “Household Goods” unit.

Out of 5,225 entries, 1,619 designs were selected for the Good Design Award. Following the announcement, several events will be held across Tokyo. We invite you to explore the diverse range of award-winning designs.
